20 Year Limited Warranty
The quality and craftsmanship that we manufacture into every Mattress and Air Control System gives Comfortaire the confidence to offer the original owner a limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials, excluding the cover, for a period of 20 years.
In the event that repair or replacement resulting from a defect is required during the first five years (10 years for RoyalAire), Comfortaire will repair or replace the product (at Comfortaire's option) at no charge. All that Comfortaire requires of its customers is that they return the defective parts to Comfortaire. Comfortaire will pay for the return shipping for the 1st year only.
In the event that repair or replacement is required from a defect after the first five years (10 years for RoyalAire), Comfortaire will repair or replace the product (at Comfortaire's option) at a pro rata charge based upon the component's current replacement cost, length of warranty and number of years in use.
If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Comfortaire reserves the right to substitute materials of equal value. Comfortaire also reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition or when product failure is found due to any cause other than defective workmanship or materials.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Please give the date of purchase, dealer’s name and address, product size and include a brief description of the defect.
Please complete and return the Warranty Registration form to Comfortaire immediately upon purchase of the product. Comfortaire requires that this Warranty Registration form be on file before sending replacement parts.
Comfortaire will forward replacement parts via its normal shipping method.
WARRANTY SHALL BE NULL AND VOID IF WARRANTY CARD IS NOT RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER
